First established in 1912, bicycle manufacturer W.R.M. Motors, was renamed Morris Motors in 1919.
Morris’ first car, the 2-seat Morris Oxford Bullnose, was assembled from entirely bought-in parts, and was succeeded by the Oxford Flatnose, and more famously, the Major, Mini, Minor and Mini Moke.
In 1952 the organisation merged the Austin Motor Company. The Morris, MG, Riley and Wolseley marques were retained.
In 1968, BMC became part of the newly formed British Leyland, but the Morris name carried on until 1984 with the last Morris-badged passenger car, the Morris Ital.
To ensure your vehicle performs at its peak; Kmart Tyre & Auto Service offer a range of tyres to suit almost all Morris models.
