Asia Motor Industries was formed in 1965 in order to manufacture military vehicles. In the same year an association with Fiat began, leading to the assembly of the 1969 Fiat 124.
Until 1973, the company created small trucks and SUVs, including the Rocsta and later the Retona.
In 1976 Asia Motors sold out to Kia, which was in turn bought by Hyundai, signalling the end of the Asia brand in 1999.
To ensure your vehicle performs at its peak; Kmart Tyre & Auto Service offer a range of tyres to suit almost all Asia models.
