Wesfarmers Insurance is pleased to advise that it is a signatory to the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code Of Conduct which specifies the standards of fair-trading, process and transparency in the relationships between repairers and insurers.

When customers of Wesfarmers Insurance make a claim for a repair of accident damage to their vehicles, they are looking for a service experience second-to-none. We are committed to delivering such high levels of customer service and we work with a network of like-minded repairers who share this commitment and consistently perform quality repairs in a timely and professional manner.

To this end, Wesfarmers Insurance operates a Partnered Repairer Network designed to promote member repairers when our customers do not have a repairer.

Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited (WGIL) is the issuer of Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Car Insurance. WGIL is part of the Wesfarmers Insurance division of Wesfarmers Limited. Kmart Tyre & Auto Service (KTAS) is a trading name of Kmart Australia Limited and can provide general advice about, and arrange for the issue of, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Car Insurance as an Authorised Representative of WGIL. WGIL and KTAS are wholly owned subsidiaries of Wesfarmers Limited. If you take out Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Car Insurance, KTAS will receive a commission of 10% of the premium from WGIL.
